Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy explains how Hope Center for Behavior Change (“we”) handles information on this website. It covers the website only. Health information you share once you become a client is Protected Health Information under HIPAA; we use and disclose it only as permitted by law and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is in your intake package and available on request.
What you send us
When you use a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, phone number and email, the answers you choose (insurance, whether your child has a diagnosis, how soon you would like to start, your area) and any message. We use it only to contact you about our services and to check your insurance.
Form submissions are sent to our team as ordinary email through Mailgun, our email delivery service. A blind copy goes to our website provider, eSEOspace, who checks that messages are arriving. Please don’t send medical records or detailed health information through the website; we’ll talk it through by phone.
How you found us
To understand which pages and campaigns help families find us, the site remembers in your browser how you arrived (for example a search engine or an ad) and which pages you viewed, and includes that with a form you send. It does not record what you type anywhere else.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks on buttons such as “Call us.” It does not receive what you type in our forms. We do not use advertising pixels or session recording on this site.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your information.
- We don’t send you marketing email unless you ask us to.
- We don’t collect information from children through this site; forms are for parents and caregivers.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have your inquiry deleted, email office@hopecenteraba.com or call 561-337-8865.
